Mother’s Day
Mum’s race for half price!

Mother’s Day is just around the corner on Sunday 9th May and to celebrate our Mum’s this year we have a fantastic offer available. Dress Differently Day (30th April 2010)
“Children with Autism experience the world differently every day of their lives, often struggling to communicate or socialise with others, process information and adapt to their environment.

Dress Differently Day allows those of us who take such life skills for granted, to experience the world differently for a day.” – Autism Queensland.

Here at Kingston Park Raceway, we jump at any chance to raise money for a great cause. So this month, on Friday April 30th we’re dressing differently for the day and raising some much needed funds for Autism Queensland.

 

BIG BOYS RACING
Enduro Team Challenge 2010
Round 2 coming up on Thursday 20th May
Wow! What a night we had with over 75 drivers turn out for the first round of the 2010 Enduro Team Challenge held on Thursday evening, March 25th 2010. The track was tight as the 17 teams came around on to the main straight for the first lap and as the race progressed we had 6 teams locked within 2 seconds; it was obvious that there was no room for error.

The John Holland teams had some unbelievable racing lines; in fact some of them were lines we had never seen before. Last year's return favourites, Lotec Racing were the real movers and shakers on the night taking out 1st place whilst Betta Computers and The Bundy Bullets battled it out for the minor placing.

Sponsors Challenge 2010
Gentlemen Start your Engines...

Things really hotted up in Round 2 of the Sponsors Challenge. It was all about Dulux this time around, dominating race one and pulling the best lap time and top points for the night. The Peer boys were hot on their heels all night though, securing a win in race 2 & 3, which netted them the overall winners on the night and of the series as it stands.

Friday Night Challenge
New & Improved with New Tracks & More Prizes!

That’s what you told us you wanted to see and that is what we have. The new series has run at almost capacity grids since the start of the rounds and each week we are seeing more new faces and exciting races. Please plan ahead and book in as we ran out of places last week. Call Tamara or Rob on 3826 2222 to book in and secure your spot on the grid. To enter FNC racing you must be on site by 6:15pm Friday evening and have a Pro Club Membership card. You can either register during the week or log in online to do so at http://www.rocliveweb.com/kpr/. We look forward to more close racing and fast action with you next Friday night.

 

Corporate Team Building
Wynn’s International Group – this month we hosted a double header for the Wynn’s International Group and with 50 eager drivers lined up on the grid, it was one hell of a night out.

What are you doing for your next corporate day/night out? At Kingston Park Raceway we don’t shorten the track to squeeze in an extra group because we believe your event is very important and that you deserve the biggest and best track we have available. That’s why all corporate sprint events are run on our International 1100m Le Mans Circuit with computerised timing and split second race results. It’s real racing on a real race track and it doesn’t get any better than here at Kingston Park Raceway.
