 Sponsors Challenge Round 3 June 19th

The 3rd round of the sponsors challenge saw Team Peer not willing to give any ground these boys wanted the points on the night and raced hard despite a stiff challenge from the Team Dulux outfit.

The first race of the night saw some big moves early with Doug Wheeler leading the pack

To clock the fastest lap time of 59:99 but no quite consistent good enough to take the checked flag from Todd Baptie.

Heat 2 saw Neil Carlish starting in poll position not giving an inch to Doug Wheeler starting in second position and again he posted the fastest lap time of the race. It was close all the way but Neil managed to just keep Doug at bay long enough to take the checked flag.

Final Round and the grid was getting anxious a couple of bumps and tyre wall feeling the pressure and resulting in a black flag that saw Robert Dagg fall victim to the single accident in a final rule and he was out of the race. Dallas Schulz from Team Dulux started on poll position for the final and took out the checked flag with Doug Wheeler glued to his rear wheel throughout.

This night changed the leader board with Team Peer moving to the front followed closely by Team Dulux the next challenge is going to be real interesting and fun to watch 3rd place for the night went to Team Honda who will no doubt be chasing the points again.
